View Full Version : Needs Advice on Loosing Weight!!!!

Ok, so I am 5'9 and roughly 235 pounds, and I 17 year old male. YES, I am over weight and i really need advice on how to loose weight this summer as I am thinking about join the Navy, and if I do I will go to Basic Training next summer, right after I finish high school! Please comment and give me advice, Thanks in advance!!!!:yummy:

Just like anybody else will probably say: diet and exercise. An elliptical for example is an amazing way to lose weight, while also eating right. I have the exact opposite problem from you, I'm 6'2" and 160 pounds, in my eyes I'm severely underweight and disgustingly skinny

You look very good! Your not underweight to be I honest, I think that you are SEXY!!!! :)

lol thanks :) I don't know what your goal is, but you can definitely make a huge difference over one summer.

Diet and excercise are really the best way to go about it. Set out a goal weight and try your best to keep yourself motivated.
Don't try to cut junk food completely out of your diet though, treat yourself every now and then. If you try to cut things out completely then you'll probably end up binging on it.
Drink LOTS of water. You should aim for around 8 glasses a day. As well as health benefits, water will fill your stomach more so you won't want to eat as much.
