Hey when you're in a relationship, and you bring your partner to your friends group or lets say during lunch, do they ever stare at you? I've never been in a relationship before, and I would feel very awkward sitting next to my (future) gf and everyone just staring at me.

Well unless you scream at them for looking at you there really isn't much you can do :P
I'd just say try to take it in your stride, i'm sure it won't be as bad as you think and people tend to lose interest after a while anyway. But people are nosy and always like to know what's going on, gossip and such so you'll find it everywhere.

Not really. IMO its obnoxious though if the couple never interacts with anybody else and just each other, and in that case I tend to stare more (and judge) xp

No one has really stared because the person I was dating knew all of my friends.

The staring doesn't last forever, just when it's new to them. After a while, it becomes routine and they just look but don't stare. But it's human nature to see if someone is acting different, we all like to see what a couple will do together, all the little expressions.

In my relationships, no one stared. Why? Because who cares. It's not a big deal if you sit with your partner at your friend's table.
