Right, so I'm not so sure about testicular cancer, but if someone here knows about it or has had it, please do help me here.
Can testicular cancer grown just in the scrotum, not attached to the testicle itself? Because I have noticed a very small swelling on my scrotum on the bit of skin where it meets the penis, but it is not attached to either of the testes.

Uhhh tumors can grow pretty much anywhere. If you have ANY bumps somewhere where they usually aren't I would recommend seeing a doctor. It might not be a tumor, but the risk is there and it is serious, get yourself checked.

More info...
It's not touching the testicles itself, it's only in the scrotum.

It looks like a whitehead, like you get on your face.
It feels like a whitehead, stings when you squeeze it like the ones on your face.
It's very small.

Tumors are very dense when touched. Also, they aren't usually tender to the touch. Does it have a head like a pimple? I had one like this and it was extremely painful because of rubbing but it went away in a few days. If it's raised and visible on the skin's surface it's likely not a tumor, especially not testicular cancer.

If it's on the skin, go to your doctor and get a referral to a dermatologist.

Personally I would not use Wikipedia for something like this because information can be changed and also provided by people without the proper training/education.

Here (http://vsearch.nlm.nih.gov/vivisimo/cgi-bin/query-meta?query=testicular+cancer&v%3Aproject=nlm-main-website) is an already searched link, just click to the yellow and it will take you there. But anyways, the link will take you to the already searched for Testicular Cancer page within the National library of Medicine which is very accurate.

Click around and read some, I personally would suggest you schedule an appointment with your primary care physician and if s/he think anything might be of concern then they can direct you in the next step of the process. I hope this helped.

If you are worried about it and not 100% about what it is always go to the doctor
