I've heard astroglide works well!

I, personally do not like to use lube. I find it far to messy, and not worth the 5-10 minutes of my time. ;)

feel: can do more on the head (uncut so sensitive) and really good if you are going for a while and essential if playing with your bum.

any after affects?: stops you getting sore. can need a wipe with flannel or baby wipes after if you've used a lot.
