Any remedy for razer burn?

Shaving my pubes is always a painful process through puberty so i want to know if you have individually found a way to make shaving down stairs not painful.

Always shower or have a long swim before shaving to soften the hairs first (makes shaving a smoother process).

Shave in the same direction of the hair growth/ don't shave against the grain. Alternatively, use an electric razor.

Try applying some anti-inflammatory lotion, such as after-sun (Aloe-Vera) lotion after shaving.
