I don't think there is anything wrong with you. It could just be hormones making you angry, I would say wanting to be in control and paranoid about friends is normal behaviour as well. Spells of obsession, not quite sure what you mean there.

From what you've said it doesn't seem to be that there is anything abnormal about the way you act but you really haven't given us much information about what's happening so it's hard to tell. I wouldn't get to worked up about it though, this seems okay behavior. If you're worried about something try talking to someone you trust, getting it out can help an awful lot and having someone to listen to you can take a lot of weight off your own shoulders.
