I have a real problem with rage it's an epidemic in my dad's fam. my cousin has the problem too. even the slightest little thing sends us over the edge. we fight it EVERY DAY. I mean it comes with the territory i mean i'm a Timber Wolf so there you go, any suggestions?

I would suggest talking to someone, talk to your guidance counselor and I am sure they can help you or suggests someone you can talk to who is more qualified.
