Well as off a few weeks ago ive been getting really close to some girl i know and things are starting to get more intimate, but i dunno if i should tell her about my cuts or just let her see them and then ask? im kinda stuck here any suggestions?

Well she'd be shocked if she just saw, I personally wouldn't let her just find out. I would tell her, and if she takes it the wrong way, you have to give her time to understand it. If she doesn't, sadly she doesn't and you have to move on.

yehh i was thinking the same, we were eachothers first's bout 3years back and we have stayed really good friends tbh but back then i used to just cut my shoulders and chest and always wore a tshirt coz of P.E in school that sort of stuff, but no its my forearms, thighs, calfs, chest, shoulders, and ankles so its abit extreme haha

Well i've had two experiences of this before, one guy i told and the other i didnt.. he just found out. Personally i would tell them, so then they are not so shocked and it doesnt ruin the moment, also let her ask questions etc.. because its hard for people to get their head around. If you trust her enough to get intimate with you, then you should trust her enough to tell her about the SH

Yehh i told her, we have been through alot together to be honest so she wasnt to bothered she didnt even ask why just said when im ready to tell her shell listen, never know might actually have something worth living for now instead of just falling through life ^.^

That's good to hear! If I plan to/am very attracted to someone, I will tell them straight up, "hey..I used to cut, I have a billion scars", but if they're just a one off thing, I just either don't mention it and they see and I jsut shrug, orrr it's dark and I get away with it :3

My girlfriend cuts with me, so I guess that's a relief. It does scare most people though, so wait until a time you see fit. Do not tell her very early in the relationship, that might repulse her.
