ok say i went to the beach and i went in the water and after like an hour the this really bad sting so get out of the water and go to my hotel when i'm in the shower i look to see wat was causing the stining and i notice above and on my ball sac it look red and cut up is there anyhing ishould worry about.

hmmm..the only thing that i recommend is that you clean it out good. use soap and water..and perhaps rubbing alcohol. it will itch and be annoying, but hey at least you have your manhood :D

and im thinking you should put neosporin on to accelerate the healing but idk. and maybe put a bandaid on it to keep it from getting rubbed and that kind of stuff
