There is a girl in my town that i met a year ago and i am extremely attracted to her. The first time we met i talked to her for a bit and she seemed very nice and i thought she may have felt attracted to me too. I have liked a few other girls but she is different to me. Ive loved her since the first time I met her. I have a problem with women though, im usually nervous and i get too scared to ask a girl out if i really like her. I cant really get over how i feel about her but then again i dont have the courage to talk to her or ask her out. Could someone give me some advice?

I met a girl from the Ukraine and we got along really well because we both spoke French and had similar interests in culture. You should find something in common and spend a night doing that. Like, if you both like fine food, go to a nice restaurant and have something nice. That should break the ice with relative ease.
