Okay, so I am a 14 year old boy, who weighs 214 pounds, and im llooking for a work out that i can do to help me gain muscle, Most places I look say that working out at this age can be bad, and to do sports, but there is really no sport that i can do (other than marching band lol) very well, so do the wonderful peopl e of VT have any ideas what kind of regimen (i kinda need a guideline to follow) i could use to help me get in shape over the summer?
