Okay, so I am a 14 year old boy, who weighs 214 pounds, and im llooking for a work out that i can do to help me gain muscle, Most places I look say that working out at this age can be bad, and to do sports, but there is really no sport that i can do (other than marching band lol) very well, so do the wonderful peopl e of VT have any ideas what kind of regimen (i kinda need a guideline to follow) i could use to help me get in shape over the summer? Please and thank you !

Try working out, and running make healthier eat choices and habits, but be sure and don't over do it as well as abuse your eating as well. Eat normal and healthy and do some excersise, like I said Please don't over do it!!!!
