Please tell me if this is a good idea :/

Okay so I wanna come out to my parents and I'm gonna tell ya how I plan to do it. If you guys think it's a crappy idea or you have a better one please say thanks!

Okay so I am basically gonna do this on a weekend and I'm gonna write a note explaining my sexuality, ya know saying how I feel, the fact I got an online boyfriend, how I am not ashamed but shy to tell them ect ect. Anyway I am gonna write it like real early in the morning I am gonna place it in the kitchen where my mum will read it (sounds sexist but she loves the kitchen :P). Hopefully she will read it but while they are asleep I am gonna go out for the day so they have time to take it in and I have time to accept the fact they won't look at me the same again (especially my dad :/). I am gonna say I've gone for a walk in the not btw :P. When I return I am hoping they will have accepted me and will be fine about it. Do you guys think this is a good idea? Or do you have a better one?

Another question is I have given some hints to them that I'm gay but should I give more before I tell them? I have just always brang up the topic on gay people and they always say "is there something you wanna tell us?" and I'm always like "nooooooooo :whoops:". Anyway I think this is a good idea sorry for the long thread but can you guys give me your opinions please :).

I think you have a good idea. Leave them a note and let them take some time to take it in. I don't think you should stay out to long tho. Good Luck man!!

Notes are always a good way. That's how I told my parents I was gay. Make sure you give to them at the right time, and make sure everything you need to tell them you tell them. You only really get one shot so just go for it all or nothing. About giving hints, I think you've gave enough and they seem to maybe have an idea already. Good luck.

Given you forced me on here, ill help you out a bit mate. First of all good idea with the notes and hope it goes well mate. Try to explain how long you've had an idea you was gay, and that it wasnt just an overnight thing, though from what you said it sounds like they have an idea already. Make sure to tell them that your age is not a factor, as they may say your only 14 so your gonna be curious an stuff. As for the BF that will be tricky, as his an online one, they may or may not see it like you do. Try to get them to understand how you feel and they should appciate that you sso open to them about.
