Try getting a new razor, or a better one. It sounds like your razor might not be the best out there, or it may be a little dull, so you aren't getting the closest shave possible.

Try a razor with more blades the more blades the closer the shave I use one with 5 blades and it looks like I have no facial hair at all after

Are you using an electric shaver? If so that is your problem. Use shaving gel/foam and a normal razor
