Tapatalk Issue

I wasn't sure if i should post this here or on Tapatalk forums, but I have an issue where I try to go into member forums and diaries on my phone and nothing shows up. Everywhere else is fine but it's just jacked up there. Is there anything I can do?

Yes, like a million times. I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall the app. I think it isn't just me because it has the same problem on my Nook Color Tablet as well.

The issue is most likely the fact that Tapatalk doesn't recognize the forum redirects. When you click on Member Forums and Diaries (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=179), Tapatalk expects a list of topics. Instead, it gets a redirect, which it appears not to understand, so you just get a blank screen. What you should try is visiting here (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=220), which is the actual location of the member forums, and see if you can bookmark that or whatever.

You could post on there forums however, unless you can specific about the issue, then I wouldn't bother. It's worth a go though if you think it might help but what The Matrix said is probably the best idea.

Okay, so I've searched through Vbulletin and it doesn't seem to have any upgrade for tapatalk as of yet, but I'll be vigilantly watching for it, pretty shitty for you guys to pay 6 bucks to use a forum that doesn't have the update lol. So when I do find the upgrade or a newer source for this upgrade, I'll make sure to let you guys know. Thanks for your patience.

The problem isn't necessarily with Tapatalk but how we have the diaries set up. The diaries are set to be hidden from the forum index so Tapatalk thinks that it shouldn't show them to the public. On the live forums we remedy this by providing a redirect link but the Tapatalk developers didn't foresee or take into account this particular unique set up.
