Have you ever heard that muscles weigh more than fat? I just want to bring to your attention that while you work out, exercise and lose weight, you will also be gaining muscle. This means that you will notice yourself losing fat faster than you lose weight.

Also, exercise when you're hungry. If you are hungry while you exercise, you're forcing your body to come up with some form of fuel in order to keep moving. This prompts it to suck everything it can out of the unnecessary parts of the body (hint hint). It won't really depend on how hungry you are while you exercise, but how much you exercise while you're hungry. The farther you can push yourself to move, the better off you'll be.

^Both of these. Nutrition is key to weightloss. You could excercise all day and not burn anything off if you're eating the wrong foods.

Also, the sports you play usually require a fair bit of muscle power. I wouldn't be surprised if a fair bit of the weight you hold is merely muscle, not fat.

Nutrition is the most important thing in any plan. You are what you eat, basically. Weight doesn't matter. Everyone is different, you might be big boned who knows. But you should measure body fat instead. Not BMI or weight. Body fat is the only thing that matters.
Try evaluating what your eating. If you want an insanely amazing body cut sugar and simple carbs from your diet.

My boyfriend's sister is a nurse and she's told me that the old 'muscle weighs more than fat' mantra is actually a myth. Either way, it doesn't matter how much you weigh really because you'll be able to see from your physical appearance whether you have more muscle or more fat on you.
Like everybody above me has said, you need to mix physical activity with the correct diet, if you're already doing this and are struggling to move weight then you might want to try talking to somebody in a health food store - I don't know the names of places in America so I can't suggest anywhere specific, but try a store that sells protein shakes etc and speak to somebody who works there and see if they can suggest anything to you which you can take alongside a healthy diet with exercise which may help aid weight loss. There's hundreds of products like this out there but as you're only 15 you're body's still growing so you still need nutrients etc. so you don't want to buy anything that would be taken in place of a meal. You just want something to take a long with your usual meals which will help aid weight loss

Hope this helps a bit!

As others said nutrition is key. But if you have a low body fat percentage, it really doesn't matter what you weigh, since it will most likely be muscle. But eat right, no junk food. Eat smaller healthy meals, between bigger meals. That way you eat a smaller amount.
