In that case I wouldn't rush it incase it turns out badly. If you're friends with him then just hang out. If not then get to know him. Find out his outlook on Gay / Bi people and when you're comfortable, ask. Don't do anything you're not comfortable with. Good luck.

Having feelings for somebody and trying to figure out is a pretty tricky thing, especially when you're not out. Try to see if he's dropping any hints or giving some type of notice. Have you hung out before? How close are you?
