Hi, I'm 14 and I have a circumcised dick. It's only about 4.5" is this normal? What size (honestly) were you at 14? What about now? And how can I make it bigger? Ps I do jack off.

4.5in is plenty at 14, you have nothing to worry about, another 4 glorious years of puberty (at least) lie ahead with plenty of time to grow. Bear in mind the average adult male penis length is around the 6in mark.
I honestly didn't bother measuring myself until I was around 16, so i'm not much help with how big I was at 14.
There isnt really a way to "make it bigger", you have more of a chance of damaging yourself with supposed size increase methods. Just let it grow, go out and climb some trees or something. :D

It's normal, i think i was about the same at your age. Im 16 now and its around 6.5, so it looks like you grow maybe an inch a year! :)
