God I hate my body! Why can't I be thin? I do I have to be so fat? I just hate looking in the mirror and seeing how big I am. I try not to eat but when my parent's force me to I can't stop. I eat and eat. Then I feel so bad about myself I want to throw up but I don't because I know that is not a habit I want to start. I exercise a lot and lose the weight but then I end up binge eating again and then try to starve myself. I can't keep doing this. It's not healthy. I'm at the point where I will do all it takes to get slimmer. I fucking hate my body! It's so ugly, no one likes it, I don't like it.

i would get your metabolism checked and then have your doctor select a diet plan for you. That's what my sister did, she lost 20 lbs in 2 months.

The thing is I dropped two pants sizes in a week and now I feel like I have to keep losing weight. I'm down to a size 2 but I really want to get to a size 0 :/ I hate myself for thinking that I have to be super skinny to be liked but no one likes me for who I am :(

The size of your clothes shouldn't determine how much people like you. (: I understand that can be hard to wrap your head around, especially when you're dealing with an ED, and I imagine you've probably heard this a thousand times, and by now you're probably sick of hearing it. But, in order to see how much people accept you, for who you are, you have to accept yourself, and love yourself. Again, this is easier said than done, I know. Regardless of your weight, height, hair colour, eye colour, you're beautiful. (: I didn't mean to offend you in anyway, and if you ever want to talk, feel free to PM me.

You. Are. Beautiful. Please remember that there is something that lies beyond looks. Try not to focus on your appearance as much. You're probably (I say "probably" only because I don't know you) very nice, smart, funny and strong. So be strong. You don't need their acceptance.

Just so you know... real people do not care about appearance. Those who do not are the ones you would want to cherish as your friends because they are good people who don't only care about the external...
If you do wish to lose weight, DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF! That takes your body into a survival mode which makes you gain a lot of weight from any food you eat.
I suggest that you eat less food in your meals and spread them out into 5 meals a day. Trust me. This is the best weight loss technique. Exercise too as weight loss requires exercise to work successfully. Any dietitian will most probably tell you to exercise more often!
But like others have said, go to a dietitian to prescribe you with a new diet suited to your needs and you will lose so much weight in no time :)

Size two isn't big at all! Being a size zero doesn't help you get friends. I try way too hard to lose weight too... But I know it's not good for me and I really try to stop. I understand, IT. IS. HARD. But don't let the mirror tell you who you are. People like you, trust me. (:

I guess, but being the taller/bigger girl isn't always nice. I just eat and eat al the time it makes me feel so bad. I try to throw up but I cant bring myself to doing it.

I eat whatever i want but i just watch my calories a little. Then at the end of the day i workout for an hour. After, i take a shower and go to bed. While i'm sleeping i burn calories! I maintain my weight and i'm fit. Don't over complicate!! Eat healthier, and work out at least an hour a day. You'll be good. :-)

I eat minimal, but it is all healthy. I do 100 sit-ups in the morning and in the afternoon or evening I go for a run. But no matter what I do I'm stuck at 125 lbs. :(

You already told the problem,means eating habit.You should stop eating like that,just eat healthy food like fruits,vegetables,low calories foods,avoid cold drinks,fast/junk food.Then you will see the result with your own eyes.First you have to prepare yourself to control on eating and imply it does't matter what ever it takes.

Look, theres people who have fetishes for overweight people. but still, your parent's shouldn't force you to eat. forcing someone to eat isn't right. and 125 lbs isn't fat, thats a normal weight, unless your trying to get supermodel skinny. however being supermodel skinny isn't always a good thing, same thing goes for being overweight. I think you should just stay at the weight your at. Some people will call people fat just to get to them.

I know that I'm not over weight, but I feel so big compared to other girls at my school. I'm taller than most people my age so I guess being thinner would make me feel smaller if that makes any sense. I have been trying to have a healthier life style but change isn't that easy.

By the way, I just want to say thanks to everyone that has replied. Reading this put a smile on my face, so many of you care <3

xYz, you dont need to be skinny to be pretty, attractive! I think girls that are curvy are just as and sometimes more attractive than skinny ones. But you dont need to be a size 0 to be or feel pretty! My girlfriend is a size 2 i think... and shes entirely contempt with it. If she was any lighter shed actually be under weight, you need to base your weight on your size size and height. Im '6 1" and im got a large frame, im at 168 as of now and normally at 166. I was 185 but i lost that weight by my meds. Now i should be 180 for my size so im trying to gain weight in muscle cause its the only way i can. I really want to loose the good amount of fat around my mid too but you need to be realistic on your weight... base it on your body not clothing or other people!

Honey(xYz...) you just need to shut the Hell up. You don't need to conform to society's standards and feel like a piece of crap. Please don't take this the wrong way because I do feel empathy for you; however, do you really think you have it as bad as you think? Yeah let's look at people in Sudan, North Korea, Uganda, etc. I know adolescence is tough; I've got my share of problems, but I don't sit around moping about them. If you feel bad get some discipline!

Everyone is beautiful and you do NOT need external validation to feel like you have worth. You're wonderful just the way you are and it breaks my heart to see you talk the way you do. Be happy for what you have and don't even think about the negatives. Hope this post is like a splash of cold water; sorry for being so blunt, but it's the truth. Good luck.

Cardio,Fitness even street fitness but the street fitness its more harder...and healthy food.

You are beautiful just the way that you are! Hang in there, and try and just eat healthy and exercise normally (not obsessively) if you feel like you need some control over what you eat and all. But you don't need to be super super skinny to be perfect or beautiful, so please try and remember that. And anyways, its what kind of person you are that counts in the end, not how you look at all. Stay strong, we are all here for you :)

Others might say that a person should not worry much in her weight but the reality is each of us should be concern on our overall health. In this world, whether we like it or not when you're fat people will discriminate you and that's really sad and so disturbing. I think if you are overweight or obese it is necessary to go to a doctor and ask for the proper advise and diet solution to help you lose weight. Health is wealth so we should be more concern about it over other things. If you want to be completely happy in all aspects of your life you better be confident first in your health.

You look fine to me, from what little I see anyway. I'm going to assume you're average female height, 5'5"? So that's actually a great weight! I wish I was at that weight and height ratio. I understand not wanting to give into to others saying that you look good and to stop, because you may not look good enough to yourself yet. I don't agree that a much more considerable amount of weight loss is idea, but if that's how you want to see yourself, just be sure that you occasionally treat yourself, otherwise the pressure and lack of reward (significant results, your favorite food, a candy bar) can be enough to break your current dieting regimen. As long as you keep above 1,200 calories a day I don't think your parents will continue to try and have you eat more than that, as that's near an average, but still low enough to lose at least 2 pounds a week. All this advice is great but the best thing you can do is see a doctor. Most the time they will have seen cases like this before and can suggest services that can help you get over all of this. There is a reason why doctors train for over 6 years and it is so they know what they are talking about.

Some tips for losing weight.
Control your diet.Always eat healthy foods.Green vegetables are so effective for this.
Drink maximum water in your daily routine.Add green tea in your diet.Avoid sugar and cold drinks.Stop smoking and drinking alcohol.Do exercise on daily basis.Running,swimming,cycling are best for this.

You should read Skinny Beach. It is a really helpful book and it guides you in becomming a Vegan. It is a good "diet" as you loose a lot of weight and you can eat a lot of things. It just consists in choosing the right things to eat.

Hi there, I think the best way to get off weight as a teen is to think hardly of it. Don't get in a big fuss about your weight. You seem a real nice person and I don't think anyone else really cares about anothers body image too much. Just take it quite slowly and just cut down very slowly each day. If you have a 2 chippee packets a day, cut down to 1 for a week or 2. You shouldn't be starving yourself either. Try drinking lots of water as it is actually really filling too, plus also good for spots. Good Luck :) .

Well even though you're getting there.. just thought I'd say this..

There's a girl I'm crazy about. I'd do anything for her. If she gained weight I'd still love her, cause I don't love her body, I love her personality.

You are who you are, and no-one can deny that. I used to weigh 12 stone when I was 11, now I weight 9.5 stone at 14. I'm much happier, and I hope you are too :)

Like most people said, get your metabolism check out and instead thinking of how you look now, think of how you would like to look and work towards there with a diet and exercise, dont starve your self or try to throw up, please.

If you really want to loose weight, you need to motivate yourself, do lots of exercise, go on a diet and dont eat junk food. I've tried it before and i lost about 10kg (dunno in lbs). :)
