Man I don't really think there's a definate way of knowing but just approach the situation normally. Hang out with him a bit and get to know him well; you never know, things might kick off really well between the two of you:)

Talk to him, become friends first, hang out and stuff, and take it from there. Simple really. If you both feel/get the vibe after, you'll know it. If not, you have a cute new friend.

The best thing u cand do I found was first find out is he into guys then have a friend that you mutually know find out if he's interested or willing to be interested that's what I did with the guy I'm talking to and he likes me from what he told me and his our mutural friend told me but first find out if he's into guys
