Hey guys, sorry to throw another question at you, but a few days ago I noticed a small lump on my crotch. Its hard to tell you exactly where, but I would be most accurate in saying the very top of my inner thigh (perhaps past it) and to the right of my penis, just on the edge of the pubic hair. It hurts very mildly when I push it. I'm not sure if its that important to see a doctor about so I thought I'd ask you guys first.

It could possibly be a calcium build up or something but if its not a pimple then it may be a cyst or something. if your worried get it checked out

I think this could be a hernia but I'm not too sure.

I would get a doctors attention. They would know the best thing to do.

Well its pretty small (can't even be seen on the outside of skin) and it doesn't have a colour.... I'll wait a couple a days to see if it goes but if it doesn't I might as well e-mail my doctor.

Probably a good idea to email him :D

First of all, if it's so close that it might be next to your pubic hairs (or under them) and it's soft & squishy, that's just the tubes that connect to your balls. They go up a bit high and don't just connect directly into the penis - they go up there.
If it's a hard lump, it might be a pimple or whitehead, but it's closer to the side of talking to someone about it, especially since it hurts. It's probably nothing too big, but just talk to your doc to make sure :-]

Well, I went to the doctor in the end and he said it could have been caused by me damaging any part of a leg, causing a build up in that particular area. In other words: its fine.

Hey, great to see you're ok! :D

Do you know exactly what the buildup was?

Heh, the doctor said some technical words about how those certain glands react to any damage done to a leg, so I guess he told me, but I can't explain it that well.
