I can't cut anymore. I just can't, I haven't for 11 days :) but if I cut again everyone will loose all hope in me. I have relapse twice already and I can't afford to do that again. If I do I will try to bleed out and probably get hospitalized. I can't let that happen but when I don't cut I feel depressed and when I do cut I feel not depressed but a little bit guilty. I'm such a screw up, I'm so stupid. I deserve to be punished, I deserve what I am doing to myself. When I don't cut I starve myself, I think that is a for m of SH, isn't it? I'm just scared and desperate :/ Please help me...

Hey i did this i went cold turkey. The trick is atleast for me was to keep saying its all in your head. If you beat it mentally then you beat it. Or stop for us here. I latched onto someone and stopped. And my mom
Always says. God doesnt give more then you could handle

you are NOT WEAK. and you are NOT pathetic. You are doing great!! you are so strong, i see you can do it and it gives me hope that i can also. Things are tough, but they will get better. It takes time. just hang in there hun!

No no no. You can do this. It may seem like theres nothing left, but there is!! You have people who care about you, like all of us here on VT. You are a wonderful person, inside and out. You are nice, giving, sweet, beautiful, smart, funny, helpful, strong and an overall AMAZING girl!! Please go blast some music, take a cold shower, take a hot shower, write a LONG letter with EVERYTHING your feeling and get it all out, scream, yell, punch a pillow, cry, read a book, watch a movie or tv show, do homework, talk to us. ANYTHING but ending your life. That is a permanent solution to a temporary problem, i know everyone says that but its true!
