Hello, I'm a 13 year old boy and for the past 7 or 8 months I have gained some body fat , is this part of Puberty or is it just that I'm gaining so weight. Ohh also at the beginning of 7th grade I weighed like 85 to 95 with no fat but how almost finishing 7th I am about 117 to 120 with a good amount of fat. but I'm embaresed to take my shirt off or change in front of people :(

I was like you too. Are you actually getting fat? Or taller and more broader. I am very lean, but i guess weight goes with height. I don't have a lot of body fat whatsoever.

Don't worry your still scrawny. Especially, when you start getting taller, you'll thin out in on time.

Drink water, and if you find that you eat when your bored, (grazing), you should realize this and chew gum. Just work on keeping (or losing this weight), like they said, you'll thin out.

you should not worry about it, just eat healthy and exercise normally.

Most people get a little chubbier just before a growth spurt, I thinks its the bodies way of getting more skin for the stretch, but dont quote me on that :P

If by fat you mean a lot of blubber on your belly and so, then moderate your habits. If it's only the weight gain, but no abnormal accumulations of fat, then you're just becoming more muscular and growing

I wouldn't worry; I just think that your getting bigger coz you'r growing lots without even realising. Like you're probably building muscle heaps too;)

Ya that is fairly normal, begin to exercise to combat additional fat gain and it will not be an issue.
