Alot of the people on here talk rubbish about penis size, if you really are that big at 13 then you are either measuring wrong or congratulations are in order.
You shouldn't be worrying about penis size at your age, go out and climb some trees or something :)

There isn't a true average size for 13 year olds due to the fact that a lot of 13 year olds have either just began to grow or that they have yet to begin. If your penis is 5.5 inches at 13, you're at the average for a full grown male already, so you really have nothing to worry about; you will continue to grow for another 7 or 8 years.
