I hate to be one of these moany emo kids, but I feel really crap at the moment. I was wondering if there was anything that anyone does to cheer themselves up, cause it's really starting to bug me lol.

Exercising helps me and it helps a lot of people who are depressed too. It releases this chemical and it lightens up your mood or something. Not sure of the specifics of why and how, but it does help.

I do feel better thanks :D. I think a lot of it was I hadn't spoken to or seen my good friends in a while.

Today instead of just moping around home eating, I'm going to fix up and clean my bike, and go for a really long bike ride :)
