when you say sick do you mean ill or disgusting...

please don't take this the wrong way but stoping is hard. A lot of people say that they can stop when ever they want but they can't. Things like this are addictions.

I use to say that about my cutting but boy was I wrong...

Exactly Hun so you may be sick those aren't healthy thoughts at all to be having. I get where you coming from but i bet you look beautiful when you eat. You look healthy and pretty. I wish you could see it that way <3 you deserve better and you deserve food.

u___u I wish I could change your thinking but I know I can't. Ive had this on and off and being anorexic is by no means beautiful sweetie. Your skin gets dry, your hair gets brittle, your so skinny that it's hard to breathe every time you get up you feel like your going to fall, you can't sleep on your stomach because your ribs hurt but you can't sleep on your back because you kidneys are as sore as anything about to shut down, your blood flow is irregular so when you stand up it feels like a millions knifes are being stabbed into your legs. There's allot more problems too.......but that's not beautiful that's dying and the only thing your accomplishing is killing yourself. You say you have it in "control" but I know that's not true since your not stopping and you refuse to stop the numbers going down on the scale give you a thrill and why would you want that to change?? It makes you feel accomplished like your winning something when in the end your not. The only thing your doing is hurting yourself Hun. Your worrying me. :c

Honey, trust me, you feel in control, but sooner or later, you'll have to come to terms with this and you'll realise how right your friend was. I know. I've tried over and over to stop my cutting, burning, and carving, but I physically cannot. And my anorexia is making a strong comeback. Darling, I pray you won't hit a wall when you realise what your doing to yourself.

You shouldn't cry when you see yourself in the mirror.! We're all individuals with all kinds of imperfections.

Find something you really like to do, to take your mind off of things (NO self harm) Like a hobby. :P
