Thanks to the hot turf, I acquired several minor burn blisters. They're painful, but they're relatively small. Basically, I emptied out pebbles from the heel cups of my VFF and my feet got burned up a little bit because of the extremely hot turf though I was only barefoot for about a minute. My soles are semi-hardened because of barefoot running, so the pain from the blisters is around a 5/10. What would be the quickest way to treat the burn blisters and heal them up to a point where I can put impact on my feet again?
