the right time

When is the right time to ask someone out.
I've been wanting to ask this one girl out for about 2 months. I planned on doing it in April on my birthday but then decided against it. I then planned on doing it on Monday, 14 May, 2012 , and that didnt happen I chickened out

So please tell me when the right time is

There is no right time of such, ask her out when you feel most comftable, maybe take her out ot dinner and then ask her, or buy her some chocolate or flowers and then ask her, hope it goes well mate

Well, you'll know yourself when it's time. Every time you chickened out, it obviously wasn't the right time. Just relax, and do it when you're ready. Hang out with her casually and if it feels right, it probably is right. If you don't feel it, then you probably won't do it. Grab a bunch of courage and do it, the worst that can happen is she'll say no, and that isn't the worst thing that can happen to you. Good luck when you finally decide.

I agree with Siobahn. You never really had the right time when you tried before.
Just hang out with her casually, and wait until you feel you've "connected" with her.
Don't get so worked up about it, things will happen at the right time. Just say to yourself that you really want to take this somewhere, and then just say to her, "You want to go out tomorrow night?" or something like that.
