camhs and hospital

yesterday, i cut and school sent me to the hospital, where i met a person from CAMHS. they wanted to send me to hospital, but i said no and they made some one come and see me at school they asked me to go to hospital i said no, and now they have organised a appointment to see if i need to be admitted tomorrow, but i dont want to im in year 11, and it is my last couple of days at school to say good bye to everyone. x x. im so scared! i dont know what to do? i dont want to go to a hospital!

I had a similar situation this time last year in your position last few days of year eleven, I threatened to kill myself and yeah they wanted to admit me etc etc.
Basically they will listen to what you say, so tell them you don't want to go and they'll definitely consider that. They'll be unlikely to admit you in the middle of your GCSEs just because of self harm. Admitting people usually only happens when you pose a serious risk to yourself. But you've just got to be honest no one can tell you what will happen I wouldn't think you'd be admitted but I can't promise, you've just got to be honest tell the truth and let them help.

They will take your view into account. Just be honest with them, remember they are only there to help you. They will do an initial assessment of you to see what danger you pose to yourself. It's highly unlikely they will admit you unless you've attempted suicide or have serious thoughts of doing extreme damage. Don't be scared of them, just take it slowly and open up, they will listen and won't judge you. it's important not to let yourself worry over this, focus on your exams to take your mind Off it :)

just don't be afraid talk to them and be honest with them.
