What is going on with me?

I suddenly started crying for no reason at all. Nothing bad happened to me today and I have nothing on my mind so why am I crying? Could it be the medication "Lithium" and/or "Ativan" I'm currently taking. Also I just got on these medications.

I suffer from manic depression and bi polar disorder but I'm not depressed.

So why the hell am I crying?:what:

It could be the meds..but sometimes you just need to cry to feel better

Sometimes things just get on top of you, crying is okay and sometimes it's one of the best ways to let out emotions. Honestly I wouldn't worry about it, if anything it's good that you're crying. Everyone needs to sometimes and although people say it's not very "mascline" it's good for everyone to let it out sometimes.
