Crazy daydreams causing stress/trauma

Hello, today I had a daydream that I went on a killing spree, and killed everyone in my school; including my friends. I also then proceeded to leave the building, kill our mayor, who was just diagnosed with cancer by the way. Then, I went home to kill myself. I sort of, loved the daydream. I'm not sure what's wrong with me. Sorry if this is in the wrong area.

Um... it's fine you that what VT is for to get things out. As for your daydream I have to say that is a bit odd. Do you dislike the people at your schooL? How did this daydream make you feel?

I don't enjoy people in general; and I know it's odd, and in a way I loved it; and in another way, it scared the shit out of me.

thats okay. so you are questioning you religion do you think that is the main trigger? or do you think it is something else?

I think my questioning triggered it; God was punishing me. I'm over this now, still kind of wigged out by it, but I'm better. Thanks!
