Ok just to give you a backgroubd of my life, I have worked like a dog since I was 13. Hard labor as well, but I enjoy it so at least I do! .
Lately on some days I can barely move, and If I do just my whole body hurts. Almost like I have arthritis. My wrists, knees, and hips are usually what hurts me the most (my dad has arthritis as well)
Is it just joint pain? I take asprin on a regular basis.

I wouldn't take aspirin too often. While it thins blood it's linked to some form of cancer I believe. Anyway back to your point, I don't know what it could be but you could try doing some form of yoga in the morning to make sure your whole body's ready for the day(There's some simple guides on youtube or you could join a club if you feel comfortable). Go doctors if yoga doesn't work.

First off, Aspirin is not a blood thinner it is an anticoagulant. It caused the hemocytes (blood cells) to not stick together....
Secondly, I would suggest you take a week off, Ibuprofen sounds good (according to the label on the box.) I would suggest icing some of your joints, 20 minutes on and 15-20 off, repeat this about 3 times and just relax, take some time off.
If this does not help in about a week or so I would suggest calling your physician and explaining this to their office staff...they can help you from there.

But still, if you feel the symptoms of a heart attack coming on it is recommended that you obviously ring an ambulance but also take some aspirin to buy you some time.

Your not wrong, unless they are allergic or are on anticoagulants already; but it is highly unlikely that Quercus is suffering a heart attack.

Basically what Dimitri said bud, take some time off, and rest. If that doesn't help then a trip to a GP couldn't hurt. Sounds like your body needs a break.
