I feel so horrible!

So I have been trying to put an end to my soon to be eating disorder. But the problem is I have been bing eating, when I eat I over eat. I feel so bad afterwards physically and mentally. I have gained 4 pounds, yuck! :( I feel disgusted with myself and I think I am going to start purging if this keeps happening. Help?

Everyone is beautiful! Most guys, though they won't like to admit it, like girls with curves and actual mass...not some sticks with skin on it!

I have curves but I also have a tummy :( and I feel so fat when I eat, it's a guilty pleasure. Why can't I be pretty?

Beauty is extremely subjective. For example, you have curves and a tummy. Do guys find that unattractive? Some, maybe. But you know what's even more unattractive than that? Lamentations about having curves. My advice? Rock it! Have confidence in who you are! Be happy for all that you've been given, and give off a persona of joy and carefreeness! I promise you, guys will take notice. You're perfect just the way you are, but if you feel like losing some weight may help for beauty, medical, etc reasons, go right ahead. High school guys are waaay over rated. This is the time to focus on finding out who you are...the sooner you do, the happier you'll be, and the quicker you'll get all the guys. Good luck!<3

you ARE pretty. Curves are good and so is a tummy!!!! You dont want to be a stick :) We are BOTH pretty in our own ways :)
