What is the proper way to shave your pubic hair

First get a small scissors and trim all your pubes as short as possible.
Then wash that area with warm water to soften the hairs.
Next get a new, good quality razor and rinse it.
After that, rub some shaving cream/ soap all round your crotch.
Starting from the outside, shave your pubes carefully and slowly in the direction of the hairs.
When all that's done, gently shave in the opposite direction to get it real smooth.
Next, wash the area again with clean warm water.
Dry the area with a towel and rub a soothing lotion on it to prevent razor burn and ingrown hairs.

My best advice would be to use a lot of sensitive shaving cream and a razor - it'll be much smoother than if you just trim it, and feel a lot nicer, but you could just trim it instead. The proper way to shave it is with short precise strokes of the razor, and when shaving your balls you might want to stretch the skin out to make sure you get all the hair. Hope this has helped, but idk. If you need to know anything else feel free to ask :L

It depends why you want to do it. Some people prefer the feel of having their genitals shaved, some people like how it looks on themselves and a lot of people prefer their partners to have either shaved or trimmed pubes. Personally I love having mine trimmed and occasionally I do shave, my boyfriend is almost always shaved because he knows that what I like - really though, it's all down to personal preference.

This. 100% This.
Too often people just blabber on about shaving against the grain to get really smooth. If you get a close enough shave going with the grain then you hardly need to touch when you go against, just enough to get rid of some of the more stubborn hair.

Best way trim it down as far as you can with scissors then use a sharp razor and shaving cream to remove the rest of the hair
