..... only more alive. I feel little else but self hatred. J want to cut, but tomorrow is mother's day, so I won't. I kinda wanna get fucked up though. I just don't have anything to chill me out. I'm also painfully aware that this won't solve anything.

Since you already know it won't solve anything, I won't give you the 'it's not worth it' shit. Anyways, you say you need chilling out, so go for a walk, sit in the quiet for a bit, do absolutely nothing. Or, if you don't like staying still or quiet, go out for a run, go to the highest hill you fucking know or a space that has lots of empty area, and just scream. Scream like you've never screamed before, that will help. There's no use in getting fucked up, because at the end of the day you probably won't even remember it.
