I'm having trouble with running jogging. Earlier I could run/jog but now I get exhausted soon and slow down. The main thing is my sports pant kind of sticks into my ass and give me trouble due to which I do not concentrate on running well

Any tips on how to stop that ass-sticking thing?

I'm guessing you're running with bad form. Maybe running barefoot or with minimally soled shoes will allow you to run for a longer period of time before you become exhausted. Maybe you're running too fast too soon. If you're interested in barefoot running, check out Daniel Liberman's study as it is very informative about the ideals of a forefoot strike compared to a heel strike in shoes. http://barefootrunning.fas.harvard.edu/ I've been running barefoot or with thin-soled shoes for about 7 months and my feet and calves are now very strong.
