Bahaha, my first kiss wasn't all that terrible, but it wasn't anything special either!

My first kiss with my current boyfriend was the most adorable and amazing thing ever though. :)

We were at the drive ins, and had been talking basically throughout the entire movie, and when the credits came on we both realized that we had no idea what happened, except for the very beginning. It was really hot out, and we were sitting in front of the car, and it was during intermission, before the second movie. I checked my phone to see what time it was, and casually mentioned that it was 11:01, because we had been making wishes at 11:11 together for a while, because we are that awesome. :D

11:03, Nolan takes out his phone, and we're still talking. At this point, Nolan has pulled out his phone a few times to check the time, I was a little suspicious.

11:06, the idea pops into my head. I had it all perfectly planned. At exactly 11:11 I would say "Hey...Nolan, what'd you wish for?" And when he answered, I would say "Well, I was kind of wishing that this really awesome guy that I like would kiss me, but I dunno if it will come true not that I told you..."

11:08. Laughing at the disgusting looking food on the screen.

11:09. Thinking to myself "Yay, soon! I'm excited!"

11:10. Nolan checks the time one final time. I look away for a quick second and turn back to him and smile. He says to me. "I really can't wait." And kisses me, softly and slowly, then wraps me into his arms and I lay my head on his chest.

Later that night, I told him my plan about 11:11, and he says "No way! My exact plan was the same! But I screwed it up, I couldn't wait, when you smiled it was impossible to wait those last few seconds."

*Sigh* And this is why I am the happiest girl in the entire world.

It was really sweet....we were sitting high up in a tree and i was scared out of my wits (I hate heights) and he kept telling me he wasnt gonna let me fall. So i hugged him tight and we watched the sun go down. haha but then he went in for the move and at first it was just lip to lip but then tounge got involved and it was amazing <3 haha then after we kissed he did the classing Renee and -------- sitting in a tree k-i-s-s-i-n-g (it was so sweet)

I'm new but this topic was interesting so I wanted to share my experience too. :)

Well, I didn't get my first kiss until the Christmas of last year (I was fifteen). My situation is a little different, as I'm in a long distance relationship - New York to Ireland. This was the first time I was going to meet my boyfriend, (we were already together prior meeting in person for about four months) and we were both nervous, naturally. The first time we hugged in the airport, it just felt right. All our worries disappeared and we were never awkward with each other. We were so comfortable together, it was strange but amazing.

Later that day our parents let us go about on our own. We went to the cinema for our first date. In the cinema, there was a lounge that we sat in while waiting for the doors to open. We were sitting so close in silence, just basking in each others' presence, the air was heavy and it felt like time had stopped. I knew we were going to kiss, I just didn't know when.

Eventually I stood up to head for the doors but as I was standing up he tugged on my arm and pulled me closer.
"Erika, wait."
"What, why?"
"Because I want to kiss you."
And he leaned in and kissed me.
I couldn't really believe it then, I didn't know we kissed until after it happened. It didn't even last that long, maybe a few seconds or so. But it was amazing, and even more so that my first kiss (and his) was with someone I truly loved and cared about so deeply. It wasn't wasted.

I'm still with this amazing boy, a year and three months of distance later.

We had been on two dates and I had invited her to the junior prom. Throughout the entire night, we'd been dancing, walking through the lit courtyard and I couldn't fetch up the courage to do it, her eyes kept hitting mine and screaming to be touched, but my mind couldn't overcome the fear I had of rejection.

At about 10pm we left to a friends after party that consisted of coke-a-cola and everyone sitting around a bedroom talking and watching youtube videos until 2 am. She sat next to me, her body begging me to cuddle with her but still my mind couldn't overcome rejection.

As the night came to a close, I texted her, "Can you follow me out?" and as my father came and waited around the block everyone, unfortunately, piled into the living room right next to the door. I smiled at her and said I had to leave and she led the way to the door.

I walked down one step and said to her, "I really like your friends and I had a wonderful time tonight.". She smiled and said, "I did too" I then looked at her and whispered, "May I kiss you?" and she said yes. We leaned in and gave one another a small, tender kiss.

That's my first kiss. It happened at the age of 17 and I can say that I'm glad I waited for her because although it wasn't the best kiss in the world and although it was a short, half-sleep-dazed peck on the lips, it still meant so much to me that it was with someone that I liked so much.

Oh wow! Well I ALMOST kiss a girl on the lips recently because of a truth or dare too! It was really close and all... Having my first girlfriend at the age of 17, I've read this threads original post nearly 100 times and had memorized it in its entirety but now that I've experienced my first "real" kiss, I assure you that you don't need this.

You can read it for reassurance or hope that it'll instruct you on what to do but, as others have said, it's really inside of you. When you start kissing, there's an animal instinct that, at least for me and seemingly others, takes over and you immediately know what to do and where to go.

Does it take practice? Yes, but that's where all the fun lies! Just start with a few light kisses and gradually open your mouth, slowly introduce the tongue to your partners lips and go from there.

Aw it was great! I remember the taste of his mouth most and that he had a little bit of hair on his lip like a beginning of a moustache, it tickled on my face. It was a few weeks after my 12th birthday and it was the half term holiday. Once he'd caught me he sat me on his lap and we started French kissing. It was a bit awkward cos I had braces but he just licked his tongue along my braces, then I opened my mouth a bit more and he ran his tongue along the edge of mine. I could really taste him now. I didnt really know what to do with my tongue so I just sort of moved it around but I don't think he cared. I didnt know what to do with my hands I think I just put them on his back but he was caressing my waist and hips and rubbing up my legs inside my skirt. It felt dead nice, but it made me scared that I'd wet myself! We kissed for a few minutes then we ran up the road to find my friends again. :)
