15. It's good to see a guy who is 13 who doesn't claim to be 5 or 6 inches, not that it's impossible but this whole site seems to be in disproportion to the statistics.

Hard. A 3 inch soft one would be pretty big considering that the adult average erection is just above the 5 inch mark. A 3 inch erection is not that bad for a 15 year old.

I'm 14 and 4.5" hard but i have a friend who is same age and 3" hard, no pubes voice change or anything so he's just a later developer. No big deal, I can say for certain that his dick works fine lol. (btw i was 3.5" when i turned 13).
