Girl Issues

I have a prob with gurls...They maybe having a crush on me but I kinda ruin it becoz I'm shy...any ways to overcome this!!

A girl was in my tennis coaching classes, she kinda wanted me to defeat the other guy and constantly smiled at me.She wanted to talk to me and was staring at me..God knows why?! She's younger to me by a year and is in another girls school just opposite mine. Whenever we meet on the road I kinda ignore her. That's what i do when it comes to other gurls too!! Help...

You just need to try and spend more time around girls, maybe just as friends but the more comfortable you get around them in general then the easier it should be to talk to someone you like.
Also remember that they could be just as scared and shy as you are. There is nothing to be worried about and the more you practice being around them and you start to feel more at ease things will get easier.

Talk to people you don't know more to build up your confidence, it doesn't have to be too difficult just have a few conversation starters prepared in your head and try not to ask closed questions. By not asking closed questions it encourages the other person to continue talking and set the topic.
