Hey guys my girlfriend is just really depressed and hates life and no matter what I do or say I can't make her happy and so I was just wandering if anybody had away for me to step my game up or something I can do or tell her because I love her and it kills me to see her like this

Make her laugh more. How? Use your imagination or show her stuff on 9gag.com. If that doesn't work, then maybe you need to encourage her to get some professional help. Its not healthy to leave depression untreated! I MEAN IT!

Take her out somewhere u and her to get her mind off things , be funny , talk to her , tell her u care , stuff like that

I'd say to be there for her even though she's feeling so bad about life. But, like Teejay said, seek out some professional help for her...whether in person near where you live, or from one of those toll-free help phone lines.

Some things, we're just not qualified enough to be able to help with, so that's when we'd need to know to call in someone else who is...

Just keep your spirits up and don't bother her too much about how she's feeling. She'll get better, don't worry c: If you think she may think about suicide or something, I think you should tell someone she can trust.

You should get her some help. If she's actually depressed then she needs it. In any case, tell her the truth, and only the truth. If she can't trust you, she won't lean on you.

Like her mom hates me so were not allowed to date or even talk but we really love each other and so I can't take her out but I do make her laugh....alot then 5 minutes later she's sad again

I bet that even those 5 minutes help her, IDEK...like everyone's saying, continue to be there for her. I'm sure she really will appreciate that, even with all the sadness going on...

Still, that laughing so much can turn back to sadness so soon makes me wonder if, maybe, her issues really do need some professional help...and, judging just from what you've written, I suspect they might...

Hopefully, there's a way for her to get what she needs...and sooner rather than later...
