Just be yourself, you shouldn't have to do anything or change anything to make someone like you. If they don't like you for who you are then they're not worth it. Just try to be confident and talk to "her" whoever that may be. Telling the truth and being honest is always a good factor girls always love to see.

Nothing works better than honesty. Just be who you are, and unless you're some unruly asshole, this shouldn't be a problem. If a girl likes you for who you are there's nothing more that needs to be done other than treat them right.

What most people want in a relationship is someone to be there to comfort them, listen, be a best friend, and to be a good lover. They want someone that will like doing things with them, and being there when they need emotional support. And two of the biggest things that can help is honesty and communication, those two will help be the glue in a relationship I believe. Just be yourself, be polite, and don't be afraid to sometimes show how much you love them.
