It seems that my balls are always saggy if im warmish and relaxed, and if im a little on the cool side and a little nervous for some reason my balls tend to tighten up alot. Why is this??

The scrotum is used to control temperature of the testicles. If the temperature is too high or low, your sperm count will decrease. When the temperature around you is cold, your scrotum will become taught to pull the testes closer to your body to keep them warmer. Likewise, when the ambient temperature is hot, the scrotum will "sag" to keep the testes away from the body, thus releasing more heat.
