Depends on how well I know my friends. I usually believe them, since a lot of my friends say they do and like we always make rude hand gestures towards each other..lol

I think he has to do with the level of harmones a guy has. maybe he just hasn't got them yet or on the other hand i have a friend thats 15 and said he dosen't jack off but he still cums by rubbing his penis against the sheets of his bed like humping the matress. so does that count as masturbation since he dosen't touch himself

If we're talking about guys my age, then it would depend. If he's superreligous, or has a partner he can have sex with often, then maybe. If not I probably wouldn't. Other ages may differ, there are obviously guys too young, and i'm sure after a certain age the desire fades a little bit.
