View Full Version : Hair removal cream?

When I shave my pubes, there's always loads of stubble and it starts growing back more or less after a few days.

So my question is, is using hair removal cream (the women's type that says suitable for bikini line on the can) safe to use on male pubes and balls? And also, how long will it take to grow back?

Edit: I have already tested the cream on a bit of my arm for 5 minutes (the min is 5mins and max 10mins), then 48 hours later checked and I had no bad skin reaction).

Thanks!

I normally use the cream once a month. But be warned, whatever time it says on the tube, HALF it!

This is why I would suggest against using it. If you don't follow the directions exactly as they read - if you leave it on for too long, use too much, or if you don't wash it all off - you will be in a world of pain. Your skin will be irritated and red, it will burn and possibly dry out your skin, and that isn't really an area that you want to experience that with.

I've never used hair removal cream, but I've seen my sister use "Nair" (I think) on her eyebrows, and you had to put it on the hair you want gone, put paper over it, and then rip it off real fast, only it don't come off real fast and she was screaming haha

There's a hair removal cream that you can buy online called 'BettyBare' (ideal for men & women) and it says that it can be used all over the body. I've never used it though.

I use regular nair for your body it works faster and in my opinion lasts longer then the nair gel that is supposed to be for the bikini line. besides it cheaper then the gel :) trim ur pubes as short as you can. Do follow the directions chemical burns on your balls are no fun :( if you have any questions or wanna talk message me

What you're talking about is waxing and oww that hurts big time ! hair remover is alot more user friendly if you follow the directions

If you decide to use it, id suggest using Nair mens body cream. You can find it in most Walmarts like by the shaving cream. Its in a blue an grey bottle. Ive used it and it keeps my balls nice and smooth and it didnt burn or anthing. Just follow the directions on how long to leave it on
Dont use like the Nair ladies/girls use. That stuff will eat your balls off lol

Nah it wasnt waxing. It actually was Nair, but it was for bikini area hair, not facial hair so maybe thats why it hurt her so much.

Read the bottle... It clearly states NOT to use nair on your genital area.

DO NOT USE HAIR REMOVAL CLEAM ON YOUR SCROTUM!!!

Just shave more often, once you've got down to a stubble, it should only take about 20 seconds to just run a razor over it everyday. Personally, I jut trim it... I don't like feeling like a little child.

I used Nair for men once on my chest, but i got a small chemical burn. At first its itchy then it hurt like hell. Im not sure I trust using it on the lower area.
