I have started, working out in the morning. Should, i eat breakfast before. I have been just having my cup of white coffee and then eating when i get back but i am new to exercise and not sure, if that is hurting my calorie loss or not? Any suggestions.

its an age old debate, some ppl say b4 some ppl say after. i personally do it b4 because the longest time u go without eating is the night, so when u wake up ur body is catabolic and eating ur muscles, so i eat as soon as i wake up to stop the catabolism. honestly some ppl say b4 some say after its really whatever works for ur schedule

Depends on the person really, and how soon you exercise after you wake up. A good thing to do is have a good dinner the night before, then a small snack when you wake up, then after your exercise eat a good breakfast. You need some energy (carbs) just before you exercise, if not your body has no energy. Like they say in the army, it marches on its stomach, can't do much without nothing in it.

Fix up the grammar and you have your answer right there. Eating breakfast ups your metabolism too, so you get more out of your workout. Just don't eat too much ;)
