How old were you when you noticed a decline in the rate of growth down there?

Well, when this happens it's not incredibly visible. Sure you're penis grows 'faster' over puberty but not as fast as a growth spurt, they mean faster that usual. During puberty, your penis may grow over several inches, which is faster than normal (adult age) when it doesn't grow at all, so noticing a growth spurt in the penis is hard to see. It grows over several years with your body, so to you it should always look proportional your body unless stated otherwise*. Penises tend to stop growing when the male reaches 21, so I don't think many people can really answer this, since the majority of users here are VirtualTEENS.
*By that, I mean a diagnosed syndrome, such as micropenis disease or delayed puberty.

I am 18, and still not done growing. Most people will continue to grow until their early 20's...

Once you get to 17 or maybe 18 that's when most people agree your genitals stop growing or if they still are, it won't be for much longer. Though our bodies may keep growing our genitals don't. I haven't seen much change in the past year and I do measure.

I havent noticed any change in my size for the past year (i'm 17 now), don't get me wrong it'd be nice to grow some more but i'm content with what I have now.

I don't measure my penis particularly often, but there doesn't seem to have been much of a difference recently. Nor do I really care, I'm happy with my erect size - although it would be nice to be a bit bigger when I'm flaccid.

I'm 18. I don't measure that often, but I think it stopped growing since last year... I don't mind though, 6.5-7 inches is plenty for me :P

I don't know. As long as I can remember measuring it has always been 5 inches.

I think this is a bunch of wishful thinking.
I'm 16, and my dick hasn't gotten any longer for at least a couple years. It was like 6" when I was in 8th grade, and it's still 6" now. It might have gotten a little thicker maybe, but definitely not noticeably longer. I started puberty kind of early, so maybe that's why I stopped growing already.
I think you guys should just be ok with whatever size your dicks are, especially if you're like 18 and think your dick is still gonna grow.

I searched google and found a published medical study on this subject.
The study, published in the Archives of Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine, found that on average, growth of the penis ends about 5 years after the beginning of puberty. (Schonfeld, William A. "Primary and secondary sexual characteristics: Study of their development in males from birth through maturity, with biometric study of penis and testes". Archives of Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine 65 (4): 535–49.)
Of course, some guys will finish growing faster than others and some will take longer, but if you figure that the average guy starts puberty between 11 and 13, then his penis should be done growing 5 years later, by the time he's 16-18 years old.
