I'm Mikael, and I am 18. I know I might be too old for this forum, but I don't know where else to go. Hope story sharing is allowed, because that's pretty much what I want to say and ask about. So...
2-3 years ago, I was 15-16 by then. I liked a girl from my friends group and class. My group pretty much consisted of 6 or 7 girls and 2 guys (me and another one). I also thought (now I am sure) that she also liked me. In the summer holiday, we went to Italy with the school for ~10 days, so I decided to finally (after 2-3 months) do something about it. Since our New Year's Eve party, she kept calling me, in school she was always hanging around me, more than any other in my group. Yeah, all beautiful, romantic, on the beach - I even bought her a rose from some kid who hanged around selling -, I took her hand, looked her in the eyes and tried to kiss her. She pulled herself back and said: Well, I hope you won't mind, but I don't want to be with you. Hope you won't get all upset about it. Okay, this thing kinda freaked me out. For the past 6 months she called me all the time and always tried to be near me, and then she didn't accept...
In the meantime, the group divided, because of some random fight between the girls, and I stayed with a half of them (it didn't include the one that i was talking about). After that holiday, the next few months of the school year nothing happened. The 18yr old parties started. Again, around march-april, she started calling me again, and in school sitting always with me and stuff. We kissed a few times at those parties (We both were tipsy - especially me. Not that I didn't want to do it, I still liked her). That summer we went in Greece, for another 10 days or so. She was also there. Okay, in the meantime, she fought with my best friend (who happens to be a girl, and no, I'm not gay, nor a virgin), hurt her and stuff. Also, another of my girl friends (not girlfriends) was with us on the trip, and she hurt her too. Well, we again kissed there 2 times as we were again tipsy :). So, after she upset the other friend of mine and made her cry, I remembered what she did to me in Italy, and all she said to my other friends and I got mad. I told her: "All you got is looks. You got nothing good in you, just looks. That's what I like about you."
You guess the result! Now it's been a good 8 months since then, but I haven't got over her. She started talking to me in school sometimes, but.. is there any way I can fix this? Is there any way I can apologize? :)
