Hey all of you guys of the VT.
I was wondering. Can an adult (Let's say 20+) still not start puberty?
If so, is there a scientific term?
Do you know anyone with this "problem" slow to speak.

i have seen people in studies but i dont remember the term
and i kinda dont feel like it but i will try to look it up
okay i cant find anything but it was on House one time too. The most common reason is becuase the person has like a tumor pushing against their pitubitary? gland.
