So I cut on my leg last night so now I have 5 scars/cuts that are quite visible and pretty abvious they are si scars (cus its 2 in a row on 1 side and 2 in a row on the other) I was wearing short shorts cus I had dance and then theater for 7 hours in a row. I was showing my friend this scar on my foot from dance. One of the girls in the room was like, "where'd you get that?" and It was the cuts I made that night. I panicked and said I fell. Then later we were all sitting in a circle reading the script and I was doing my best to not have them show and I am pretty positive my friend saw!

I have made a list of people I would want to tell, the benifits of telling them, and the consiquences. She is on the list, the consiquences, she turned in one of my friends (also her friend) for being depressed and thoughts of suicide and self harm. I am freaking out! If she tells the school I will die!

Sorry that was so long... What should I do?

P.S. I don't want to recover so...

Honestly I think you should tell the school yourself. I know it will be hard, but it helps. I feel life is easier now that i dont have to hide anything from anyone!:)

I agree with CrazyFor1D.
You should just tell yourself. It would really hurt you, and possibly your friend, if she told instead. It's going to be difficult, no doubt, but stay strong!

Like said above maybe it's good that she knows, it can encourage you to now look for someone to confide in. You can get some help and support which i'm sure you'd appreciate. You could go to the guidence councellor or a teacher you trust and talk to them, it's better if things come from you instead of your friend.
I know how you feel though it's fucking scary thinking people might find out but in the end you need some help, it's hard going at it alone.

Before you tell the school, find out if she saw or not. You don't have to out-right ask her, but somehow find out. Talk with her, get the information, and see.

But for your own good, perhaps you should tell someone. It's better to find the help you need now than to deal with it getting worse in the future. A support group around you can make a world of difference when it comes to your emotional state.

Good luck! :)
