Do you guys find your workouts are more effective if you don't jack off for a few days?

Jacking off releases energy and relaxes you mentally and physically, and I think that definitely carries over into the rest of your day. I wouldn't say your workouts are more effective, but maybe you'd feel a little bit more energized if you don't jack off? (dunno if thats the same thing necessarily lol).
I always try to do my workouts in the morning (if I have time). Not only does that kickstart my metabolism to function a lot better for the entire day, it also means I can jack off later on without worrying about things like that :P

I don't really know if it has any legitimate affect, but I guess if you don't do it for awhile you could get sexually frustrated which would might make you workout a bit more intensely. Not sure on that one though.
On a side note for the last 3 years I have always done it the night before a big race (Track/XC) or other sports stuff. It just relaxes me and helps me sleep.

If i'm doing an event (road cycling) i'll abstain for about a week before, considering i'm an almost ritualistic once a day guy its no mean feat. But I do perform alot better and just feel like I have alot more drive and testosterone both before and during the race.
