Maybe, but you really dont know who you are talking to;
I saw a gang of guys get arrested in the UK for using recordings of webcams (young girls) to get young boys to expose themselves, they'd then film it etc etc.
I'd say its dangerous, relationships are better in the flesh anyway :D
